We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations at this time.

We offer two flat-rate options: Standard Shipping for $8.99 and Priority Insured Shipping for $16.99.

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping takes 4–7 business days, while Priority Insured takes 2–5 business days.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (EST) typically begin processing the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends/holidays will be processed the following business day.

Once your order ships, we will send you an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking status to refresh.

The clock must be brand new, unused, and in its original packaging with all protective inserts. We cannot accept returns without the original box as it is necessary for safe transport.

If you are returning a clock because you changed your mind or it doesn't fit your decor, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. If the item is defective or damaged, we cover all costs.

Please email support@theclocknook.shop with your Order Number. Do not send the package to the address on the shipping label; we will provide you with the correct return address and instructions.

Please don't panic! Snap a photo or video of the damage and email us within 48 hours of delivery. We are fully insured and will send you a brand-new replacement immediately at no extra cost.

No, batteries are not included due to shipping safety regulations. Our clocks typically use standard AA or AAA batteries.
